1. Kitchen - cook and serve Teas, coffees, bacon rolls etc
Sessions are:
Saturday 9.30am -1.30pm Saturday 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Sunday 9.30am - 1.30pm Sunday 1.30pm - 5.30pm

2. Bar - inside clubhouse
Saturday: 9.30am -2.00pm Saturday: 2.00pm - 6.00pm Saturday: 6.00pm - 10.00pm
Sunday: 9.30am - 2.00 pm Sunday: 2.00am - 6.00pm

3. Table serving sweets and soft drinks - inside clubhouse
Saturday: 10.30am - 2.30pm Saturday: 2.30pm - 6.30pm
Sunday: 10.30am - 2.30pm Sunday: 2.30pm - 6.30pm

4. Car Parking
This year the car parking will be at the club on the training pitch.
On the Saturday (first day) the drivers will be charged £5 for weekend parking.
As space is limited and we are expecting 300+ cars we need to make the best use of all the space we have. We therefore need lots of car parking marshals to direct cars so they park sensibly. Marshals will also need to help traffic leave sensibly at the end of games, help to park coaches, and help our staff and disabled driver’s park in correct places.

Sunday: 8.00am - 1:00pm Sunday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm

Monday 6th May - Work party
10:00am - 1:00pm
