After a thorough review, the new RFU system has made it quicker and more convenient to purchase the most appropriate membership for you or your family’s needs. It will also allow the club to better understand the profile of its membership going forward.

The new membership process will go live as of 1st June 2021.

PLEASE NOTE - Membership to the L&Y pitchero website (This web page) Does not constitute as club membership. Only Paid membership via the RFU GMS portal is accepted.

Membership will run 1st September to 31st August yearly (in order to bring the process into line this year, membership will be available from 1st June 2021 and the first 3 months will be free)

Registration and payment will all be online, offering different levels of membership and payment options.

Once registered on GMS (Game Management System) you will be offered the opportunity to "Buy Membership". Registration on GMS does not make you a member of L&Y but it does register you at the RFU and you should only ever need to do this once (remember your details). If you have ever done an RFU course should should already be registered. Many players will be registered too. Make sure you put in your correct up-to-date details.

Once logged in click “Buy Membership” to complete the process.

As of the 1st July 2021 all gym membership cards will be cancelled and re-issued once the member is shown to have purchased a new membership in the appropriate category. Please note there is a new door entry system and old gym cards are no longer in use
