Match officials have a challenging role to play, often making split-second decisions under pressure. While we may not always agree with every call, it is essential that we accept decisions with dignity and demonstrate the sportsmanship our club stands for.

Side line behaviour matters. The way we conduct ourselves reflects directly on our players, our committee, and the reputation of our club within the wider rugby community.

Positive encouragement is always welcome — criticism, dissent, or abuse towards match officials or opposition is not.
